Food Services at ISB

At ISB, we prioritize providing our students and staff with nutritious and delicious meals to fuel their day. Our partnership with a local catering company called Windmill Catering, ensures the highest quality and variety in our daily hot lunches throughout the academic year.

• Menu Variety: Our catering service offers three daily lunch choices to cater to diverse dietary preferences. Whether you prefer a meat/fish meal, a vegetarian option, or a satisfying sandwich, there's something for everyone on our menu. In addition, you can add soup, salad, and bread.
• Convenient Ordering: Ordering lunch is easy through our web-based application, ISB Catering. Parents and ISB employees can log in to the Parent Portal to access the menu and place monthly lunch orders online. You can customize your order according to your personal preferences and dietary needs for each school day.
• Secure Online Payments: You can conveniently and securely pay for lunch orders online using payment cards. Our system ensures a seamless payment process, giving you peace of mind.
• Flexibility and Accessibility: Need to make changes to your lunch order? No problem. Our system allows for online cancellations and provides access to your order history for easy reference.

Alternatively, our Secondary School learners can purchase food (a variety of pastries, some hot meals, salads, sandwiches, healthy snacks, and drinks) in our Dragon Cafe. Dragon Cafe is open daily from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and payments in cash or by credit card are accepted. Hot meals are offered during the lunch break, with other food and drink items available throughout the day.

For your convenience, all lunch orders must be placed online in the ISB Parent Portal. Please note the following terms and conditions:

• Ordering: Parents place one order per month for all the meals they wish to have during that month. Once submitted, the order cannot be changed until the next month. Orders can be submitted at any time and any day during the month, but if you would like a meal delivered for the next school day, your order must be placed by 2:00 PM the day before.
• Delivery: All lunches ordered through 'ISB Catering' are delivered by the caterer to the appropriate ISB Campus, depending on Student Grade Level or ISB Employee location. Deliveries are made before the school lunch break starts on all instructional days during the school year. Delivery service is included in the price of the lunch.
• Payment Methods: We accept only online payments using payment cards. Online payments are securely processed by Banca Intesa Beograd. Accepted payment cards include VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD / MAESTRO, and DINA card.
  • All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia (RSD). Prices listed in other currencies are for informative purposes only and may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates.

Complaint and Refund Policy:

• Complaints should be submitted in writing to Windmill Catering by email to office@windmill.co.rs
• Complaints will be processed within 5 working days, and a reply will be sent via email.
• All complaints must be submitted by May 31st at the latest to be processed with the June lunch order if approved.

Lunch Cancellation:

• Lunch orders for the current day may be canceled by 8:00 AM, and orders for future days may be canceled at any time.
• No refunds will be issued for canceled lunches. Instead, the total amount for the lunch order for the following month will be credited for the number of lunch credits.

Privacy Policy:
We prioritize our customers' privacy. We collect only necessary information for business operations, and all customer data is kept strictly confidential.

• Customers have the option to unsubscribe from marketing mailing lists.
• All Windmill Catering employees and business partners are responsible for respecting our privacy policy.
